I arrived home Thursday night. I saw my parents for a while then went to visit Ryan and Brandon. Friday after I got up, mom and I went for a walk back Hileman Hollow. It is so gorgeous back there. It's like Little House on the Prairie. Later that day, I had a dermatologist appointment, then right after that I met the Ickes family at the movie theater to watch Star Wars (again). That evening I went to the boys' baseball game. They won, but the rain put a damper on things. However, we stopped and got some pizza from Claysburg Pizza, which made up for the weather.

Crazy Weekend

Cyndi came to visit me this past weekend. As expected, things were very eventful and dramatic... haha. Thursday night we went to eat a Carrabba's. Friday night we went downtown. Saturday we went shopping at the outlets, then to Canada. We toured the falls and Niagara Falls, Canada (mini Atlantic City) and ate at the Rainforest Cafe. She planned to leave when we got home; however, she only made it a half hour and her brakes went out. So Sunday, her car was towed to the Pepboys in Hamburg, Ny. While new brake lines were being installed we shopped more. Much fun was had and money spent! She was able to return home safe yesterday.

The Emergence of Darth Vader

Like a groupie last night, I went to see Star Wars the Revenge of the Sith when it first opened at 12:01 a.m. It was an awesome movie that tied everything together, and on top of everything had amazing effects. Glad I gave up sleep to see it with the Star Wars' fanatics.

Learning to play the guitar again

I have decided that I want to relearn the guitar. I never fully got into playing it before, but I do know some basics. Last night Joe restrung my guitar for me, and then we jammed for a little. I appreciate all his help in my quest to strum with the best of them!
