Last week I went to Wildwood beach with Ryan and his family. We spent a lot of time in the ocean and on the boardwalk. Almost every night on the boardwalk, Ryan and I shared Dippin’ Dots. We also played shuffle board. I had never played before, but it is a rather fun game. We ate tons of sea food and ice cream… mmmmmmmm! We went to this ice cream shop called “Cool Scoops” three nights that we were there. It was like we were taking a trip back to the sixties. All of the decorations and stuff in the store was from back when. It was so awesome, and the ice cream was great!
We would walk on the beach in the morning. The one morning, Ryan and Brandon found about 200 hermit crabs. Another day, Paula found a star fish. In the evening, we would go on the board walk. Every 2 minutes we’d hear, “Watch for the tram car please!” Brian and the kids took a monster truck ride off of the board walk and we watched fireworks there. We went to Atlantic City one night. It was basically what I expected. Ryan had fun gambling my money.. hehe. We lost $25, and then he lost $23 trying to win me some back. It was a wonderful week.
